Yes. We prepare complete Product Information Files (PIF), including Part A (ingredient safety assessment) and Part B (toxicological evaluation), both validated by a qualified toxicologist.

1Is the Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) mandatory?
Yes. Under EU Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, each cosmetic product marketed in the European Union must be evaluated by a qualified safety assessor and supported by a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) included in the Product Information File (PIF).
2What is the CPNP?
The Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) is the official European database where each cosmetic product must be notified before entering the EU market. FormulaCare Consulting manages the entire notification process for you, ensuring full compliance with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009.
3What tests are required before placing a cosmetic product on the market?
Before commercialization, each cosmetic product must undergo stability testing, microbiological analysis, and a full safety evaluation. Additional tests — such as skin tolerance, efficacy, or patch testing — may be recommended depending on the product type. FormulaCare Consulting offers two types of support:
